Stuart Otto, Lead Elder
Stuart took up the role of Lead Elder in November of 2005, having previously been part of the Senior Leadership Team at King’s Church in Wokingham. He is married to Louise, and they have two children Leah and Jade.

Ben Dale, Associate Pastor
Ben joined Jubilee in September 2012 as our Associate Pastor and has primary responsibility in leading our youth team, as well as being part of the preaching team and the team that oversees life groups. Ben is married to Cat and they have two children, Matthew and Charis. They enjoy a good Netflix series, a takeaway and a tub of Ben and Jerry’s. Ben Loves pretty much any sport, supports Liverpool Football Club, enjoys cricket in all its forms and will happily beat anyone who stops by the office at a game of table-tennis (just be prepared for him to sulk if he loses!). Cat is a senior teacher in a local infant school, a fantastic baker, and has a heart for youth and children’s work. They both passionately love the Church and seeing God change lives.

Mark Burnage, Office Manager
Mark became our full time church administrator in 2004. He is married to Debbie and they have two children Dylan and Anna. Aside from spare time spent watching movies, reading books and listening to music, he follows the ups and downs of Crystal Palace FC. On Friday 22nd August 1997 Mark forgot to attend Wembley Stadium to see U2 perform, so convinced was he that he had a ticket for the following night Saturday 23rd August!

Joelle Glyn-Jones,  Head of Pastoral Care
Joelle is responsible for the pastoral care and prayer ministry at Jubilee. She also oversees the Foodshare project. She enjoys walking in the countryside, eating meals with friends and watching good films. She has three adult sons and also loves spending time with them. She doesn’t support any sports teams but loves being part of the wonderful Jubilee staff team! Joelle has studied a Counselling course at Waverley Abbey in Farnham, Surrey which is helping her with her pastoral care work. Here is a link to find out more https://www.waverleyabbeycollege.ac.uk/

 Hannah Straw, Finance Administrator
Hannah joined the staff in 2011 as the Finance Administrator, although before this she had already been spending some time helping in the office. She is married to Peter and they both enjoy being a part of the youth team at Jubilee. Hannah began learning music from a very early age and loves getting together with other musicians to play. She took up archery at university and in 2006 placed 4th in the BUSA (British Universities Sports Association) Archery Outdoor Championships.

Sarah Gawthrop,  Head of Children's Ministries
Sarah became our part time Head of Children’s ministries in September 2021 having been a member of Jubilee since 2010. She has worked as a Primary Teacher and Senco in both mainstream and special needs schools and has served as a leader in various children’s groups and run Dot to Dot parent and toddler group over this period. She is married to Mark and has two young daughters, Sophie and Emily. Sarah enjoys baking, singing and keeping active (mainly running around after children!).

 Sarah-Jane, Assistant to the Lead Elder
Sarah-Jane (known as S-J) joined the staff team in summer 2024, having been a member of the Jubilee family since 2019. She is married to Joe and together they love leading one of the midweek Lifegroups. They have three young daughters who are often seen running around the church, armed with worship flags! Outside of Jubilee, Sarah-Jane enjoys creative writing, dancing ballet and attempting to grow vegetables in the allotment. She dislikes the daily pantomime of trying to convince her children to eat said vegetables.
