Children work on Sundays
We have groups for all ages of children where they can learn about the Bible and Jesus through a range of age appropriate activities. These include Bible games, craft activities, songs, stories and learning to pray. And, of course, having fun and making friends with God’s family!
The groups sometimes join together (this is called a
"Great Big Sunday") for a morning of fun, games and learning about God. We operate a Child Protection Policy and all of our children's leaders take part in training on this. For ages 11 plus please visit the
Youth section.
Children stay in the service to join in the worship and listen to notices before going to their groups. Please don’t worry if your children make a noise-we see it as a sound of blessing! The meeting host will indicate when its time to go to groups (please follow the crowd!).
You’ll be given a Guest card to exchange back at the end. Please fill in a visitors form with your contact details and any important information (allergies/medical/additional needs) before leaving your child while you attend the preach.
If the meeting in the main hall finishes before the children's groups, then ministry time or coffee and chat can be enjoyed before the children need to be collected from their groups. Can we ask that children are collected promptly to release the children’s leaders at that point.
If you are wanting prayer ministry please ask someone to collect your child for you and give them the child’s card.
Thank you :)
